AMM Water offers local water delivery in and around Pomona, Benoni and Kempton Park, subject to delivery availability and order requirements.

For customers outside our local delivery areas, courier delivery may be arranged through Bob Go, subject to courier availability, product suitability and applicable delivery requirements.

Delivery fees may vary according to:

• Delivery location.

• Order quantity and weight.

• Product size and packaging.

• Courier availability.

• Applicable delivery arrangements.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by stock availability, order requirements, courier operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect details or was unavailable to receive the order, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply, where lawful and communicated appropriately.

7. Water Refills

AMM Water offers water refill services for customers using suitable refillable containers.

Customers bringing their own bottles or containers are responsible for ensuring that they are clean, suitable for drinking water and in an appropriate condition for refilling.

AMM Water may decline to refill a container if its condition creates a reasonable hygiene, safety or quality concern.

Customers should store refilled drinking water appropriately and follow any relevant storage or handling guidance supplied by AMM Water.

8. Bulk Water Orders

Customers requiring larger quantities of drinking water may contact AMM Water to request a bulk order quotation.

Bulk orders may be subject to:

• Product and packaging availability.

• Minimum order quantities, where applicable.

• Agreed pricing and payment arrangements.

• Delivery location and transport requirements.

• Confirmed order and fulfilment schedules.

Any specific requirements for a bulk order should be confirmed in writing before the order is finalised.

9. Custom Bottle Labels

AMM Water may provide custom-labelled bottled water for businesses, events, functions and promotional purposes.

Customers requesting custom bottle labels are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, spelling, branding details and other information required for production.

By submitting artwork or branding material, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use it.

Where a design proof is supplied for approval, customers must review it carefully before authorising production.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may be restricted, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation and the circumstances of the order.

Any additional design, production or artwork charges must be communicated and agreed upon before they are incurred.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation and AMM Water’s published Refund & Returns Policy.
